The fastest way to reach the team is through the in-app Support section after you log in. It lets us connect your message with the correct account and venue context.
What to include
- Which venue (if relevant) and what you were trying to do.
- What happened (errors, wrong screen, payment/tipping mismatch, etc.).
- Any screenshots or order/check-in IDs that help us locate the issue faster.
Privacy requests
If you want to ask about your personal data (access, correction, or removal), send your request in Support and select it as a privacy-related message.
Venue concerns
If you are a venue admin reporting an operational problem (staff invitations, attendance, leave requests, table/section allocation), include the venue name and the time/date.

During busy nights, messages may take a bit longer. Still, every ticket is reviewed, and urgent problems are escalated.
